美國(guó)家用商用電池標(biāo)準(zhǔn)UL2054 (Ed.3)更新解讀！

美國(guó)家用商用電池標(biāo)準(zhǔn)UL2054 (Ed.3)第3版于2021年11月17日正式發(fā)布，此次標(biāo)準(zhǔn)較比上一版（第2版）更新的重要內(nèi)容如下：

一：Added general construction requirements for wiring and terminals; 6.3

增加線(xiàn)材和端子的一般結(jié)構(gòu)要求，涉及6.3章節(jié)。

當(dāng)考慮到電池組內(nèi)導(dǎo)線(xiàn)可能承受的溫度、電流和電壓時(shí)，導(dǎo)線(xiàn)應(yīng)該絕緣且可接受；接線(xiàn)頭和連接處應(yīng)通過(guò)機(jī)械方式緊固，并應(yīng)提供電氣接觸，且在連接和端子上沒(méi)有應(yīng)力。導(dǎo)線(xiàn)應(yīng)該安全，并遠(yuǎn)離鋒利的邊緣或其他可能危及導(dǎo)線(xiàn)絕緣的部分。

 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原文：

6.3.1 Wiring shall be insulated and acceptable for the purpose, when considered with respect to temperature, current, and voltage to which the wiring is likely to be subjected within the battery pack.

6.3.2 The wiring splice or connection shall be mechanically secured and shall provide electrical contact without strain on connections and terminals. Wiring shall be secured and routed away from sharp edges or other parts that may compromise wiring insulation.

對(duì)整個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了雜項(xiàng)內(nèi)容的修訂，涉及章節(jié)：2–5, 6.1.2–6.1.4, 6.5.1, 8.1, 8.2, 11.10, 12.13, 13.3, 14.7, 15.2, 16.6, Section 23 title, 24.1, Appendix A此類(lèi)別主要是修訂標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的描述，調(diào)整條款順序等，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條款內(nèi)容無(wú)實(shí)質(zhì)性變化。

 三：Clarified requirements for adhesive labels; Section 29, 30.1, 30.2

明確不干膠標(biāo)簽的具體要求，涉及章節(jié)：29, 30.1, 30.2

 30.1 The markings required for compliance to this standard shall be legible and permanent such asetched, adhesive labels, etc. An adhesive-backed label shall comply with the requirements in UL 969, forthe intended exposure conditions and surface adhered to.
