美國(guó)時(shí)間2022年03月31日，DLC發(fā)布Technical Requirements for LED-based Horticultural Lighting V3.0 草稿第一版，V3.0標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的預(yù)估生效日期為2023年1月2日；同時(shí)引入了植物燈抽檢政策 Surveillance Testing Policy草稿第一版，植物燈抽檢政策的預(yù)估生效日期為2023年10月1日。V3.0作為對(duì)植物燈技術(shù)要求的一個(gè)主要修訂，該草稿版有如下四個(gè)方面的更新：
更新一：Increased efficacy threshold: (光效要求提高)
光效增加到PPE≥ 2.30 μmol /J，但-5%的光效公差不變。
更新二：application information requirements: (產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)信息要求)
以下產(chǎn)品申請(qǐng)信息需上報(bào)，且必須在產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格書說(shuō)明清楚。

更新三：Product-level controllability requirements: (產(chǎn)品控制能力要求)
控制要求：所有產(chǎn)品都應(yīng)能夠調(diào)光，針對(duì)調(diào)光和控制功能、控制屬性、接受/傳輸硬件的產(chǎn)品信息描述及多
種選項(xiàng)，要求對(duì)控制能力上報(bào)、評(píng)估方法。
